Setup starts with your core systems
Getting started begins in the setup flow, where you connect the tools that matter to your revenue process and configure your workspace. CRM is the required connection during setup, and teams can also connect Zoom, Stripe, and Calendly depending on how they sell.
That setup gives Volv the context it needs to organize customer activity around the systems your team already relies on.
Connected systems add business context
Each connected system contributes a different part of the picture:
- CRM data provides the core records for contacts and deals.
- Zoom adds meeting recordings and transcripts for conversation review.
- Calendly adds scheduled meetings and event activity.
- Stripe adds payment data that supports revenue reporting.
Together, these connections give Volv a broader view of pipeline activity without requiring manual consolidation.
Your data becomes available as processing completes
After setup, Volv imports the connected data and makes it available across the product as onboarding progresses. Historical records can be brought in to provide context, and the workspace fills out as records are processed, reviewed, and matched to the right people, meetings, and revenue events.
The goal is not just to collect data, but to make it usable in the places where your team reviews performance.
Reporting, meetings, and analysis all build on the same foundation
Once data is available, teams can work from several connected surfaces:
- Dashboards bring together KPIs, rep performance views, and attribution reporting.
- Meetings views let teams review meeting activity and open transcript detail when they need more context.
- Call analysis surfaces make transcripts and AI-assisted analysis available alongside the underlying meeting record.
- Saved report workflows help teams return to the views and filters they use most often.
