Quick Start

Welcome to Volv Analytics. This guide walks through the current onboarding flow so you know what to expect as you set up your workspace.

Before You Begin

Have these ready before you start:

  • CRM access: The onboarding flow requires a CRM connection before you can continue.
  • Zoom account (optional): If your team uses Zoom, you can configure it during onboarding.

Step 1: Sign Up and Sign In

Use the signup link provided by your administrator to create your account, then sign in. Authenticated users who have not finished onboarding are taken into the setup wizard.

Step 2: Start the Setup Wizard

The wizard opens with a welcome screen and a Get Started button. From there, Volv Analytics guides you through each setup step in order.

Step 3: Follow the Current Onboarding Sequence

The current wizard order is:

  1. Welcome
  2. Zoom Setup
  3. Integrations
  4. Company Settings
  5. Data Sync
  6. Role Assignment
  7. Booking Mode
  8. Reconciliation
  9. Learning

On the Integrations step, the visible integration cards are CRM, Zoom, Stripe, and Calendly. CRM is required to proceed.

During the rest of the flow, you'll configure company details, import historical data, assign team roles, choose booking mode settings, verify your data, and complete the learning step.

Step 4: Finish Onboarding

After you complete the learning step, onboarding is marked complete and you can continue into the product with your setup saved.
