Integrations

Volv Analytics currently treats integrations as part of initial setup more than an always-on management console. Most teams first encounter these connections during onboarding, where Volv guides you through the setup steps needed before data sync, reconciliation, and learning can begin.

This page is a hub for those setup connections and what each one is used for today.

Where integrations show up today

During onboarding

The current onboarding flow is the main path:

  1. Zoom Setup checks whether your Zoom-related routing has been prepared or whether you want to skip Zoom.
  2. Integrations lets you connect the core tools Volv uses during setup.
  3. After that, Volv moves into company settings, data sync, reconciliation, and learning.

In Settings

Volv also exposes some connection entry points in Settings, including an OAuth connection manager and separate API key-based connection controls. Treat this as a supporting setup surface, not a full-featured integrations administration console.

Core setup connections

Close CRM (required)

Close is the primary CRM connection in the current product. Volv uses it to import core sales records such as contacts and deals, and most analytics workflows depend on it being connected.

Zoom

If your team uses Zoom, setup starts in the onboarding Zoom Setup step. Current product copy and flows position Zoom around getting meeting data such as recordings and transcripts into Volv after the required routing/configuration is in place.

Stripe

Stripe is an optional payments connection. Current product copy describes it as a way to bring payment data into Volv for revenue and commission tracking.

Calendly

Calendly is an optional scheduling connection. Current product copy frames it around syncing scheduled meetings and events, and the onboarding flow also references booking-system tools like Calendly when booking metrics are relevant.

What to expect from setup

In the current product, integrations generally follow this pattern:

  1. Connect the source during onboarding or a related setup screen.
  2. Run sync and verification as part of the onboarding flow.
  3. Use the connected data in downstream analytics once setup is complete.

The product does include some post-setup connection controls, but the documentation should be read with an onboarding-first mindset.

Getting started

  • Start with Close CRM if you are setting up a new workspace.
  • If your team uses Zoom, complete the Zoom Setup step first.
  • Add optional sources like Stripe or Calendly when they are relevant to your reporting workflow.
