Calendly Integration
Calendly is an optional scheduling provider in Volv Analytics. This page stays Calendly-specific, and the customer path today is still setup-first through onboarding rather than a dedicated Calendly management experience.
Why connect Calendly?
When Calendly is connected, Volv Analytics can use scheduling data to support booking-related reporting and activity analysis.
Current source-safe value includes:
- Sync scheduled meetings and events into Volv.
- Support activity tracking alongside other connected sales data.
- Help with booking-oriented workflows when your team uses a formal scheduling system.
The onboarding flow also explicitly references tools like Calendly when teams want to track booking metrics such as show rate and booking rate.
Where you connect it
The real setup path is the onboarding Connect Your Integrations step:
- Start or return to your Volv Analytics onboarding flow.
- Open Connect Your Integrations.
- Find the Calendly card.
- Click Connect to start the provider authorization flow.
If you are already past onboarding, use the connection areas that are visibly available in your workspace, but this page does not assume a dedicated Calendly-only management surface.
Connect Calendly during onboarding
- On the onboarding Connect Your Integrations step, click Connect on the Calendly card.
- Complete the Calendly authorization flow.
- Return to Volv Analytics.
When the connection succeeds, the Calendly card changes to Connected.

Confirm the connection worked
Use customer-visible UI cues:
- The Calendly card shows Connected.
- The card styling changes to its connected state.
Unlike the required CRM card, Calendly is optional, so onboarding availability does not depend on Calendly being connected.
After onboarding
If you need to revisit connection-related areas later, use the visible integrations or connection-management surface available in your workspace.
This page stays limited to setup truth and does not assume provider-specific Calendly controls beyond what you can directly see.
Troubleshooting
Keep troubleshooting to what customers can directly verify.
The Calendly connection window does not open
Your browser may be blocking the provider authorization window. Allow pop-ups for your Volv Analytics domain and try again.
The Calendly card does not show Connected after authorization
Refresh the page and return to the onboarding integrations step. The visible success state is the Calendly card changing to Connected.
Calendly data is not appearing yet
If the connection already exists, allow time for downstream data to appear, then re-check the visible connection status in Volv Analytics.
Disconnecting or changing access
Volv may expose general connection-management areas, but this page does not assume a dedicated Calendly disconnect card unless your visible UI shows one.
If you need to remove or change access later, use the relevant visible connection-management surface in Volv and revoke the authorization in Calendly as needed.
For more information on lifecycle and access removal, see Lifecycle and Disconnection.
