Onboarding Wizard
The Onboarding Wizard is your guided path to setting up Volv Analytics. It ensures your data is correctly connected, synced, and verified so you can start making data-driven decisions with confidence.
Step 1: Welcome
The first step provides an overview of the onboarding journey. You'll see a checklist of what we'll accomplish together, from connecting your tools to training our AI on your specific sales patterns.

Step 2: Zoom Setup
If your team uses Zoom for sales calls, you'll complete the Zoom setup here. This step enables Volv to use your cloud meeting data for analysis.
Some Zoom connections require an additional review step before setup is complete. If you see a "Waiting for Configuration" message, you can continue with the other steps and check back later.
Step 3: Integrations
This is where you connect your core sales tools.
- Close CRM: Required for all users.
- Stripe: Connect your payment data for revenue attribution.
- Calendly: Sync your scheduling data to track meeting volume.
Step 4: Company Settings
Add a few basics about your company so Volv can personalize the setup. In the current wizard, this step asks for your company name, industry, and team size.
Step 5: Data Sync
After your integrations are connected, Volv starts importing historical data. This step shows a progress screen while the initial backfill runs.
Step 6: Role Assignment
Map your CRM users to their specific roles within Volv Analytics. This ensures that metrics like commission and performance are attributed to the right team members.
Step 7: Booking System
Tell Volv whether your team uses a formal booking or scheduling system for sales calls. This sets expectations for booking-related metrics.
Step 8: Reconciliation
Volv runs automated checks against the connected data in this step. Depending on the integration, the wizard may simply confirm that checks passed or flag an integration that needs follow-up.
Step 9: Learning
In the final step, Volv starts its learning process in the background and then points you to useful next steps, like opening the dashboard or reading more documentation.
Completion
Once you've finished the wizard, you're ready to explore your dashboard. You can always revisit these settings later from the Company Settings menu.
